You see, unlike other types of building practices where bulk materials are simply dropped off at the site without any pre-engineering or plans, our Lester structures come pre-engineered, specific to your exact requirements and local codes. Lester buildings are delivered ready to build, as complete building systems, right down to the last piece of trim and screws.

But the pre-engineering of Lester buildings starts long before we ever start working with you on your specific building. Indeed, separate components and connections, as well as their endless combinations, are tested in a variety of full-scale tests at Butler's Research and Development Center in Grandview, MO.

Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, our Lester structures can be finished with any number of exterior wall / roof options - inside and out.

For instance, exterior walls may be wood, steel or masonry. Roofing material may be traditional asphalt shingles, wood shingles, steel panel, or our new Genesis™ 360 standing seam system. These are custom buildings in every sense of the word.
